You can also complete your order online and select 'telephone payment' at the final stage of the checkout if you would rather give your card details over the phone. If you choose this option please have your order number to hand when you call.
Christmas returns policy: until 19th December we are extending our returns period. If for any reason you, or the gift recipient, wish to return your order, you may do so any time before the end of Jan 2014.
In the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please advise us immediately to get instructions for return for a free replacement or refund. All items leave our factory in perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. Please note that any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to refund or replace your order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund*. You must contact WorldGallery customer service before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund. For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 30 days after receipt of your goods*. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt you must contact customer service on 0845 833 1945 or contact us and we will give instructions on how to repack the goods. Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items.
* These conditions may not apply to business customers placing large orders for custom made framed pictures. We can however provide business buyers with frame samples and advice prior to purchase. Please contact us for further information.
If you wish to lodge a complaint relating to any part of our service please contact us. All complaints will be responded to within 2 working days and resolved in an equitable manner. We receive very few complaints but record all problems and try to use them as a way of continually improving our service.

The digital images on the website come from a variety of different sources and may have been saved in different ways by the publishers and suppliers who provide them to us. This is why two images of the same piece of artwork may appear differently from one another. The prints themselves however are faithful reproductions of the original works.
Some of the digital images on the website have had a 'watermark' applied to them by the publisher to prevent copyright infringement. These watermarks do no appear on the prints themselves. Here are some examples of watermarks:
