We want to make sure you have all the information you need when purchasing your artwork so if you're looking for a little more detail, some of our most frequently asked questions are listed below.

When will my order be despatched?

You will see predicted despatch times on each product page within the ‘shipping and returns’ details. The expected despatch date for your order is also confirmed on the checkout page. The 'ships within' period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date.

All of our products are shipped from the UK, allowing us to offer you low cost shipping fees no matter the size or weight of your order.

Standard UK delivery costs for framed orders are £8.95 and unframed orders £3.95, shipped with our delivery partners Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS. Unframed items can also be sent by express delivery service at a cost of £6.90.

Prices for overseas orders can be found by adding items to your cart and visiting the checkout (no registration required).

How will you ship my order?

For UK destinations we ship unframed print orders by 1st Class Packetpost. If you'd like your order to be guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day we can send it by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra £2.95. This is a next working day service for addresses within the UK (this doesn't include offshore addresses).

All framed prints are shipped with our Express service as standard at a cost of £8.95. Please note, the Special Delivery service speeds up transit but doesn't affect order processing or framing times.

For overseas orders we ship unframed prints orders by Registered AirMail. If you'd like your order to arrive more speedily we can send it to selected destinations by courier. You will see the availability and cost of this service when you checkout. Please note that selecting the courier service does not alter the estimated despatch date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse.

Due to postal service limitations, oversized unframed prints (where the shortest dimension of the package is more than 84cm – this correlates to the shortest side of your print) are sent by our Express service. You will always see the shipping cost when you checkout.

You should receive an order confirmation email once you have competed your order, so please make a note of the email address you have used.

If you haven’t received this, please first check your junk and spam folders as they can sometimes get hidden here. Also make sure to add customerservice@kingandmcgaw.com to your email safe list to prevent future emails missing your inbox.

Can I change my delivery dates?

All orders are processed in order of confirmation date. Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to amend production dates on any order, either bringing dates forward or delaying them to a later date.

What are my payment options?

We offer a range of ways to pay for your order, so you can choose to make payment by debit or credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay (UK only) and also Klarna.

Klarna allows you to spread the costs over 3 equal payments with the first payment taken on the date of your order confirmation. Find out more about Klarna here.

If you pay by credit/debit card or Paypal, we'll take payment when your order is placed.

How can I save the artwork I like, to view, share or buy at a later date?

As you browse through the collections, you can add favourite pieces to your own wishlist. See how pieces look together, keep a record of your finds or share with others. Simply create an account to store and share your saved items using the heart icon on each product page.

Do you sell print only?
Do you sell print only?

Yes, we sell both framed and unframed prints. If you would prefer to start with print only, the majority of our prints can be selected unframed and are available in three sizes, so you should find exactly what you're looking for.

A frame however, does much more than just enhance the image you have chosen. A good quality frame also protects your artwork, preserving it for many years to come so choosing to frame with King & McGaw gives you reassurance that your artwork is being produced and cared for in the best way possible.
