  • Credit Card
    We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/Maestro and Visa Electron. Our credit and debit card transactions are 100% secure and conducted on our secure SSL server. Any information you submit is encrypted and totally safe.
  • Telephone
    Please call us on 0845 833 1945 (+44 1825 891760 outside UK) between 9.30-5.30pm if you would prefer to place your order over the telephone. You can also complete your order online and select 'telephone payment' at the final stage of the checkout if you would rather give your card details over the phone. If you choose this option please have your order number to hand when you call.
  • Cheque
    Place your order as usual and select the option for Cheque Payment at checkout. Cheques should be made to: WorldGallery.co.uk, and posted to along with your order reference number.

UK Delivery

Our UK delivery times are quicker than those of most other art websites because we are UK based. Other sites will dispatch your goods to you from overseas, sometimes leading to long transit times and the risk of you having to pay import duty. This can be the case even if the site transacts in pounds.

Shipping Costs - United Kingdom (Mainland)

Unframed Orders: £3.95;
(Orders containing only unframed items)

Framed Orders: £7.95
(Orders containing at least 1 framed item)

This charge is per order, regardless of how many items ordered. Unfortunately, we have to pass on surcharges that our carriers impose for some off-shore locations (framed items only).

Express Shipping Option

We normally ship orders of unframed prints by post. For an extra £2.95 we can send your order by courier. This is a next working day service to the UK (exc. offshore). Please note that the selection of this service does not alter the date that we expect your order to leave our warehouse.

Shipping Costs - Rest of the World

In general, WorldGallery shipping costs will be determined by:

  1. Whether or not an order contains a framed print or sculpture
  2. The total weight of framed prints and/or sculptures
  3. The destination country of the shipment

Packaging

Framed pictures and box mounted canvas effect prints
Framed and mounted pictures are carefully packaged and sent by courier to the delivery address specified by you. The whole process usually takes 10 days or less.

Unframed prints
Unframed prints and posters are carefully rolled in protective tissue paper and sent to you in tough cardboard tubes to avoid damage.

Refund Policy/Order Cancellation

n the unlikely event of an item being faulty or arriving in anything less than perfect condition, please advise us immediately to get instructions for return for a free replacement or refund. All items leave our factory in perfect condition, so please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged. Please note that any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to refund or replace your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 7 days for a refund*. You must contact WorldGallery before returning any item. Upon safe receipt of the package we will arrange a refund. For a full description of your consumer rights under UK Law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so up to 7 days after receipt of your goods*. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt you must contact customer service on 0845 833 1945 or email us and we will give instructions on how to repack the goods. Prints are easily damaged and must be returned in good condition and at the customers cost. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items.

* These conditions may not apply to business customers placing large orders for custom made framed pictures. We can however provide business buyers with frame samples and advice prior to purchase. Please contact us for further information.

Complaints

If you wish to lodge a complaint relating to any part of our service please contact us by (tel: 0845 833 1945 by email or by mail at our address below) All complaints will be responded to within 2 working days and resolved in an equitable manner. We receive very few complaints but record all problems and try to use them as a way of continually improving our service.

We use an SSL secure online ordering system, so you can shop at WorldGallery in the knowledge that your credit card details are totally secure. WorldGallery holds a Thawte security certificate.

WorldGallery.co.uk collects certain information which is submitted by users of our website. This includes address and contact details submitted during ordering and registration as well as email addresses from individuals entering competitions, joining our mailing list or sending art cards.
